James G. MaleeAttorney at Law James G. Malee, Esquire, is the founding attorney of the Malee Law Firm. He has focused his law practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Estate Administration, Guardianship and Estate Related Litigation, since his admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar in 1990. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Pennsylvania Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (PAELA), and the Pennsylvania Bar Association Elder Law Committee. James G. Malee has lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on Estate Law matters, as well as statewide for organizations like the Pennsylvania Office of Aging and other programs. He is an adjunct Professor of Estate Planning for Pennsylvania College of Technology. James G. Malee received his law degree from the University of Puget Sound School of Law, in Tacoma, Washington, and his undergraduate degree from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, Pennsylvania. James lives in downtown Williamsport with his wife and family. |
